'환자 체중 측정이 스마트하게'…정확도·간편한 설치·다양한 기능 등 주목

캐스터, 바퀴, 운반구 제조 및 판매 전문 기업 ㈜삼송캐스터(대표 김재현)는 서울 코엑스에서 개최되는

제34회 국제의료기기·병원설비 전시회(KIMES 2018)에서 전략 제품을 공개한다고 밝혔다.

‘ 삼송캐스터’는 국내 제조업체의 제조효율성 저하와 생산비 증가 및 노동인구 감소 등 대내외여건 악화에도 불구, 

중국산 저가 제품을 제치고 절반 이상의 시장점유율을 차지하며 부동의 1위 자리를 유지하고 있는 캐스터 전문 기업이다.

특히 국내 업계 최초로 ISO 9001, S(안전) 마크를 획득하고 주로 해외에서 수입해왔던 의료기기용 바퀴를 국산화해, 국내 유수의 업체 및 종합병원에서 호평을 받은바 있다.

이번에 출시하는‘LOAD CELL CASTER’는 기존 고가의 장비에만 사용됐던 캐스터로 보급률 한계를 극복한 저비용과 간단한 과정으로도 병원침대에 쉽게 설치가 용이하게 

설계된 기술이 장점이다.

Caster 자체에 Load Cell을 결합해 의료용 침대로 장착해 개발하게 되는데, 환자 하중정보를 Bluetooth를 탑재해 병원 CRM과 연계가 가능하며 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 통해 모바일로도 사용이 

가능할 예정이다.

■ 기존 침대에 결합된 체중 측정과 관리 시스템

한마디로 요양이 필요한 노인, 체중관리가 필요한 환자 및 일반인들이 쉽게 접근해 사용할 수 있는 체중 측정 시스템이다. 

Load Cell Caster는 기존 침대의 바퀴만 교체해 사용할 수 있는‘똑똑한’캐스터이다.

ICT 기술을 접목해 의료용 침대에 장착해 환자 몸무게를 자동 측정할 수 있어 가족이나 의료진이 원거리에서도 모니터나 앱(응용프로그램)으로 환자 몸무게를 확인할 수 있다.

단순히 캐스터로만 체중을 측정하는 체중계의 역할 뿐만 아니라, 캐스터의 장착된 Cell을 관리하는 인디케이터를 통해 환자의 체중 상태를 한눈에 볼 수 있는 목록 저장기능, 

의료행위시 체중변화 자동 계산 등 다양한 관리를 할 수 있는 다기능 캐스터다.

announced that it would showcase strategic products at the 34th Korea International Medical and Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2018).

‘ LOAD CELL CASTER,’which is launched at KIMES 2018, is a castor that has been used only for existing expensive equipment.

LOAD CELL is combined with the caster itself, which will be attached the hospital bed. Equipped with Bluetooth, 

the patient loading information can be linked to the hospital CRM, and it can be used on a mobile phone through a smart phone application.

■ Weight Measurement and Management System Attached to Existing Bed

In short, Load Cell Caster is a weight measurement system that can be easily accessed and used for elderly people who need medical care and patients or regular people who need weight management.

It is a‘smart’caster since it can be used by replacing only the wheels of an existing bed.

By integrating ICT technology and attaching it to the hospital bed, a patient’s weight can be automatically measured, allowing family members and medical staff to check the patient’s weight on a monitor or with an app (application) from a distance.

In addition to the role of a scale that measures weight only with a caster, Load Cell Caster is a multifunctional caster that can be used to manage the weight of a patient through an indicator, which manages the cell attached to the caster.
